"If your life were a book and you were the author, how would you want your story to go?" (Purdy, 2011)
Yes, this video was 7 years ago. Yesterday, our teacher randomly showed this to the whole class and said, "It's not really related to our topic but this might be helpful." Together with this, she showed us 2 other videos. One was about a student from Kenya who invented flickering lights to scare off lions being the top threat to their livestock and lives, in general, the other one was the three brothers playing different instruments making one cool music and sharing it to the world at a young age. She then told us that she's aware of our dreams and our plans in the future. Most students in school want to become doctors, engineers, inventors, or any other science and math related professions despite that, she reminded us that things might not work out the way we want it to and there is a big possibility that we might end up following our plan B. I truly agreed. We definitely don't know what the future holds and that we have to accept what's for us and do our best in order to excel in it.
The reason why we are sharing this to you is because we know it WILL help the way we view our flaws and challenges. So take a look:
