Morning Gratitude

Seize the Day

Arisen from
Rest & rejuvenation,
Let us pause to reflect
Upon the near-miraculous
Circumstance which brought
Us to be in this time & place.

It is very rare and a wonderful gift to be born as a human.

May we make the most of it this day. May we rise with courage to meet every challenge, take responsibility & seize the chance to transform every situation with our attitude. May we realize if we are remaining in mindsets overtly negative, bleak, depressing, or melancholy, it is because there is a part of us likes these feelings very much. Indeed, it is because of our addiction to negativity and sorrow that we continue to return to these places.

May we see this clearly and begin changing our habits through an inner decision to become self-actualized into the pinnacle of what we can achieve on this planet. As we process the traumas we have experienced through the process of self-development: joy, wonder, awe, and genuine love will begin to be commonplace emotional experiences for us. We will gradually stop going to spend as much time with our old, moody friends despair, anger, anxiety, and suffering.**

May we forgive self & other unconditionally, so many times over that our heart overflows with the certainty that all is serenity, all is redeemed into something very much changed; all becomes different, grows, blossoms, blooms & metamorphosizes into wonder.

The cosmic ocean of Love
On which we floated in the dream
Is also available throughout our day
May we choose to be aware of how we
Are swimming through the universal
Waves of life. With grace? With
floundering strokes? With
Determination? Do we sulk
And sink beneath the waves?
Do we construct a vehicle
That coasts and sails
Oe'r top the surface,
Laughing through
Ablations of the
Golden sun?
