Growth and progress can only come from making effort. Little to big efforts counts, and at the end it is the cumulative efforts that counts towards whatever progress we are making. A plant has to feed from the soil nutrient for growth, and for humans we have to eat the right balanced diet for growth. Try and keep trying, you will be happy at the end, but rejection and sadness comes to those who make excuses and make no effort.
