Not a good thing to show sadness to others

Hello buddy's
On this occasion I write little about inspiration if possible the sadness that often accompanies us

When we are sad, then we just want to go and get away from it all. But we need to know that going away will not make us forget everything and will only burden our own mind.

Eliminate the sadness of our faces, because there are others who are also sad when we see we are sad.
Rise your life after we fall. For indeed the pain of the past will fill us with sadness, anger, and revenge.

It is not a good thing to show our sadness in front of others.

Some people are sad at once, they can not hide it; I understand your point of reflection, what you intend is that we do not let others get wrapped up in the feelings that we are feeling in those moments.
I think that sometimes it is worth being sad, nothing happens, it is necessary to manifest the emotions.
