MY CHALLENGE TO YOU

in inspiration •  6 years ago

It's time to focus, and take the proper steps forward.

In the video below, I offer up a personal challenge to anyone willing to view and consider. The life that you actually want to live may not exactly fall into your lap. Frequently, we must take the initiative to intentionally do things now that will help us to get where we want to end up.

This is a quote that I often say to myself and consider. It is the basic idea behind the video below. So tell me, what are you going to do today in order to help you live the life that you want to? Let me know in the comments below.

Until next time…

Hi Papa
I've kept this post open in a window on my phone for a few days.
I've been following your family's story for the past couple of years, and feel lucky to have met you here and have benefited greatly from support by you and this community during tough times.
Tough times don't resolve by themselves. We are still in the process of adjusting our lives and making some big choices in order to do that. I feel we are a few paces behind you, which at this point feels like many miles, but in truth it is one or two significant decisions for our family that result in a new trajectory.
We are on the cusp of those decisions right now. It feels a bit like blindly jumping into the unknown, which can be scary or exciting. The attitude in which we proceed is very much up to us, even if many factors feel out of our control, positivity is always optional, and is a game changer.
It is morning rat race time. I have sent this video to @azurejasper on his way to work on the train. He gives us his all, in the way you describe your life before your move.
Great responsibility can feel like a burden.
As I respond here to you I want to send this message to him too.
Let's do this! Hold my hand and jump. Thank you for the sacrifices you have made for me. I know you are tired and hurt and drained and have given us everything. I love you. It's time to stop fighting so hard to live and do something different. I love you no matter what comes.
Thanks papa guru for continuing to model hope and possibility.

That's sort of like the saying, "Live like no one else will now, so you can live like no one else can later." Or something to that effect. It's about making choices and taking chances so that you don't regret where you went.

I'm active in the process of doing that and figuring out where I want to end up. We're trying to be prepared for what's coming, but we want to have a plan before we just take off running. No sense running the wrong direction! Ha ha.

I think a successful life means this: after death, will you be able to face everyone you interacted with while alive?

I always wondered what a suicide-bomber thought as he faced the innocent people he dispatched as they all passed into the afterlife.

In the here and now, good people are meant to be the salt of the Earth, and a fitting example to follow.

Its nice watching a video of you! First of all...I always want to live a life that I will never want to regret but we are not obviously the creator that plans our path.

It takes determination to work towards a successful life. I am a medical laboratory scientist that is still reading to specialize in chemical pathology...to me its not worth regreting if I finally makes through.

I want to live a successful life where I can help myself and also people around me....it pays to help others grow.

The fact is, I'm not sure that a more successful life will make me happier. No, that would not be bad, but, I am happy today. Anything happens in life, but recently, after forty-five years of life, I remembered that in childhood I loved to draw, and I began to draw. one drawing - one chapter from the Bible. I started from the beginning and two chapters from Genesis are already in my blog. I am happy, the time when I draw what I see in the lines of the Holy Scripture is a time that is completely dedicated to God. There my vision, my hearing, my thoughts and my little work. The third chapter is already waiting for the queue for publication, I'm happy.

Thanks for asking such an awesome question. I will tell you what I do every day which ensures I live my life consciously and in an inclsive rather than exclusive way. I do controlled deep breathing exercises, I chant and I meditate. My life, including my health and aspirations have blossomed beyond belief in the number of years I have been practicing these scientific methods of approaching life. Peace and blessings my friend ❤️🦋🌈🌴💛🍀
