STOP PROCRASTINATING

Hello Steemains. How are you all doing?
I guess your day wasn't hectic like mine..#Smiles#

I have a short write up to tell & inspire you all on how to go about your daily living,in other not to kill your dreams/goal.

Procrastination is totally a waste of time & energy. We drain ourselves with procrastination all the time, killing that energy in us and making yourselve look as if you don't worth living a good life.


At times, we come up with creative reason like: Why now, Just isn't the right time, Too broke, Too old, Am inexperienced, Too risky, etc. In other to create excuses for doing the real work & experiencing emotional discomfort inherent in making meaningful changes in our work and lives. The core of that discomfort is FEAR.

Fear can drive us to cling on the hope that if we procrastinate long enough, our situation will improve. We tell ourselves that one day we will be ready to change, or take a step. But rather, we don't take action Now, we keep procrastinating on it.

Unfortunately, the reverse is generally true. As the days roll steadily, Our fears grow larger, until they eventually lead to a burial ground for unfulfilled dreams & untapped potentials. We need to stop/put an end to procrastination in other to build our vision & dreams stronger.

We are all familiar with the procrastination phenomenon. When we procrastinate, we squander away our free time & put off important tasks. The chronic procrastinators i know have spent years of their life looped in this cycle-Delaying, Putting off things, Slacking, Hiding from work, Facing work only when its unavoidable, then repeating this loop all over again. Its a bad habit that eats us away and prevents us from achieving greater results in life.

Learn to motivate yourself always so that you don't deviate from staying focus and meeting your goals.

Try hard to anticipate yourself by telling yourself that when it's over, you get to celebrate with your favourite things, in other to push through Pain, Stress & Fear.
If you want to beat procrastination and make better long term choices- you have to find a way to make your present self act in the best interest of your future self.

Remind yourself that there's always more to be done than can be done. Then ask yourself if you are getting the right things done. Don't feel too relax and whalow in your excuses because it will surely stop you from getting what you want and put you in a position of confusion and incompetency.
Procrastination steals our time, don't let it steal your time and future..


There are some tips that kept me going, to take action & set my goals right.

These tips will help you overcome Procrastination;
•Writing down your goal and give yourself a deadline- A goal without a deadline can be put off indefinitely.


•Break your goal into small pieces so that you don't get overwhelm & daunting.


•Visualize the future you want to live in, so that it get sinked into you to step higher.


•Harness your fear to your favour- By stating down how you will feel a year from now if you do nothing, in other for you to take that bold step and be brave.


•Build accountability.


•Reward Progress.


•Act bravely daily- By starting Now!



Move out of your comfort Zone!
Beat it(procrastination)down and Be Productive!
End Procrastination and Take Action Now!


With these little piece of write up, i hope i was able to touch someone here and make he/she realize what they got in stuck, so that they stand tall and set their goal right
