We all have days when we are down. Days when we just want to lay down and forget the world. For some of us, those days turn to weeks, for others it's only for a few hours.
We have to remember that, like most things in the life, it will pass. I have lost to many friends to depression, to many of them losing their lives by their own hands. We have to remember that we can get passed this phase. We may need help; but we can get passed it.
Today I want you to sit and think about all the good things in your life, how lucky you are to have them. Appreciate everything you can and have achieved; because to many people live in a world inside their heads filled to the brim with sorrow for the things they don't have.
