Letter to my husband's boss,

Dear you sitting in front a brand new computer bought with your effort, yes, but mainly with my husband’s. I see you’re lost. I see you have been lost for a while now. And I don’t see how you are going to get back on track, so I’m here to help you, to help my husband, to help us.

First of all, let me start thanking you for the opportunitty you gave my family. When you hired my husband you were hiring all of us and we very much apprecitate it (You see? We are a team because when we stand together we are always stronger a marriage, family, country… a company). But a boss-employee relationship doesnt only work one way direction. Thanks to him that Works the field your pocket gets bigger evetyday, thanks to him finding constantly new projects your name grows and spreads, thanks to him giving a good image to your company the worth of it gets higher and higher. So you should also appreciate him and appreciate the effort he puts in making you proud.

And here comes my second point. When you have workers that work their asses off you should recompanste them. You have to keep them motivated to be the best they can be. Thats the key of succes: you can be a boss that wants to succed now, or a boss that will suceed forever. Your tools to that are the talent of your workers. How you manage that talent will either make you or break you. So take an advice and keep them motivated, not only when they start, but when they make mistakes. When work gets dificult and they have to give an extra mile for you, they will do it if they know you’ve got their backs. But got them, not just say it.

And, finally, never forget who they are. They have histories just like you. They have families at home. They are heores for many of us. So when your desk is so high you cant see them, remember you were there once. Remember how important you were for your boss. Remember how much fun can be being at work in a good enviorment. Forget all the times a boss wasnt profesional with you and be the best version of your self, dont keep it only for friends or family, they deserve it too, and that will help them take that extra mile with a smile on their face.

Remember there is a huge difference between a boss and a leader, and the funny thing is the best bosses are always leaders.
