Indra Nooyi is a well-known name in the Business World. Indra Ji is the CFO and President of PepsiCo. Indra Nooyi was born in 1974 in Chennai, she graduated in Science from Madras Christian College.
Indra Nooyi started her career in Johnson & Johnson Co. & Textile Co. Mettur Beardsell as Product Manager. In 1994, she has joined PepsiCo. In 2006, she was made CEO of PepsiCo.
Indra Nooyi is a successor member of Yale Corporation, a Level B Director of the Board of Directors of the New York Federal Reserve, a Board Member of the International Rescue Committee "Catlister", a member of the Lincoln Performing Arts Center and also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Eisenhower Fellowship and currently contributing to the Business Council of the U.S. Bharat as the Speaker.
In 2007, she was awarded the Padma Bhushan in the field of industry and trade by the Government of India.
2. Indu Jain
A 75-year-old billionaire, Indu Jain was born in the country's most populous state, Uttar Pradesh. Indu Jain is the current chairman of Bennett, Coleman & Company Ltd, India's largest media group. Indu is also associated with works of Jainism and writes religious columns. She has always been very active in women's rights. Indu Jain has made a special identity in the business world. Indu Jain was awarded the Padma Bhushan by the Government of India in January 2016.
3. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw
Bangalore-born Kiran Mazumdar Shaw is the Founder Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Biocon Limited. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw graduated in Zoology from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore University, followed by a master's degree in malting and brewing from Ballarat College, University of Melbourne.
After completing his education, Kiran Mazumdar Shaw worked as a trainee at Carlton and United Breweries, then she also worked as a trainee at the Barrett Brothers and Burston Company in Australia.
After that, in 1978 Kiran Mazumdar Shaw came to India and started Biocon. In the early days, she worked hard for his company. Today, a small enzyme manufacturing company has been made the largest biopharmaceutical company in the country, which also exports about 85 decades.
Kiran Mazumdar Shaw received the Padma Shri in 1989 and the Padma Bhushan in 2005 by the Government of India. Kiran Mazumdar is running the Biocon Foundation which provides free treatment to poor people suffering from cancer.
4. Vandana Luthra
Born in Kolkata West Bengal, Vandana Luthra is the founder of the beauty and wellness company VLCC Health Care Ltd. VLCC is today established in 11 countries, thanks to beauty expert Vandana Luthra. Vandana Luthra started her career in 1989 when the first of her two daughters was just 3 years old.
After doing Polytechnic for women from Delhi, Vandana Luthra received higher education from Germany, UK, and France for beauty, fitness, food, and skincare. Vandana Luthra was awarded the Padma Shri in 2013 and in 2015 she was listed by Fortune India as the 33rd most powerful woman in business in India.
5. Naina Lal Kidwai
Naina Lal Kidwai has a bachelor's degree in economics from Delhi University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Naina Lal Kidwai was the first Indian woman to graduate from Harvard Business School.
Naina Lal Kidwai is a Chartered Accountant by profession and heads HSBC Bank in India. She is also currently the chairperson of FICCI. She has held important positions in many banks. She is the first Indian woman to run a foreign bank in India.
Naina Lal Kidwai was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India in 2007 for his contribution in the field of trade and industry.
6. Chanda Kochar
Chanda Kochhar, born in Rajasthan, is currently the MD and CEO of ICICI Bank. Chanda received a Masters Degree in Management Studies from Jamnal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She was awarded the Wockhardt Gold Medal for excellence in Management Studies and the J. N. Bose Gold Medal in Cost Accountancy.
Chanda Kochhar is married to Deepak Kochhar, who is a Wind Energy Entrepreneur. Chanda and Deepak were classmates in business school.
ICICI Bank, under the leadership of Chanda Kochhar, won the "Best Retail Bank of India" award in 2001, 2003, 2004, and 2005 and "Excellence in Retail Banking Award" in 2002; Both awards were given by an Asian banker.

8. Arundhati Bhattacharya
Arundhati Bhattacharya has been the Chief of the country's largest bank State Bank of India (SBI) for 7 years. She was the first woman to reach this post. Apart from this, she is the only woman in India whose name has been included in the list of Fortune.
Arundhati Bhattacharya joined State Bank of India (SBI) in 1977 as a probationary officer. In his 36-year career, he has worked in various departments of banking. She has also worked in the New York office of SBI and has been the Managing Director of SBI Capital Markets.
In the year 2015, Arundhati Bhattacharya name was added to Forbes in the list of 30 most powerful women in the world.
9. Vibha Padalkar
Vibha Padalkar has been appointed as MD and CEO of the HDFC Life Insurance for 3 years from 12 September 2018. Vibha was associated with HDFC Life Insurance Company in August 2008. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Vibha Padalkar qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales in 1992. In addition she has worked in various fields such as Business Process Outsourcing (WNS Global Services), FMCG (Colgate Palmolive (India) Limited), and Big 4 audit firm (Lovelock & Lewis (part of PricewaterhouseCoopers)).

10. Neelam Dhawan
Neelam Dhawan is currently the Country Managing Director of IT company Hewlett-Packard India. She joined HP India in 2008. Prior to this, she was also the Managing Director of Microsoft India. She has also worked in large IT companies like HCL and IBM.
Neelam Dhawan is a graduate in Economics from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies.
In the early days Neelam Dhawan was rejected by companies like Asian Paints and Hindustan Unilever, which made fast-moving consumer goods. These companies believed that a woman is not suitable for market-facing roles. But she proved her courage that women are not less than anyone.
