Best Banana Bread Ever recipe
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 vanilla extract
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat in until creamy. Stir in bananas and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, sift and measure flour. Add salt and baking soda to the flour. Mix dry ingredients with banana mixture. Pour into greased or non-stick loaf pan. Bake at 325ﾟF. for approximately 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack 15 minutes before turning out of the pan.
