Left or right? 😉 Chocolate oat waffles with coconut whip, banana slices, raspberries, cookies and chocolate. For breakfast, dessert or any time of day and night 😄🎉

Chocolate oat waffles
1 cup oats (gluten free if needed)
1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
In a food processor blend your oats into flour. Mix plant milk with apple cider vinegar and set aside. In a mixing bowl combine all the dry ingredients first (blended oats, coconut sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder). Add milk mixture and stir until combined, don't overmix. Bake your waffles in a hot waffle iron greased with a little bit of coconut oil for about 8 minutes or until crispy outside.
