Aetna Really sucks as an insurance company.
Several examples:
- They don't cover standard blood tests in full, some not at all and we get stuck with a crazy bill to pay.
- They take weeks to answer a question on their website and their new website is poorly designed.
- Their plans cost lots of money but really they are not worth that much if you need to actually use them
- They don't cover basic chiropractic and massage work - the things that actually help a person
- Their plans are so complicated that it adds wasted time to deal with all the bullshit.
How has Aetna sucked in your experience?
