[3/29 코인베네 관련 사항 업데이트]

Dear Insureum supporters,

We would like to update you on the status of the incident happened on March 27th at CoinBene. Although our team has sent an official letter to CoinBene on the morning of the 27th and have attempted to contact them in various ways, we are yet waiting for their response.

Irrespective of whether or not CoinBene was hacked, the unscheduled transaction of the exchange's balance is abnormally fed, and there are a number of circumstantial suspicions at this point.

Currently, Insureum is listed on six exchanges, including CoinBene and the following actions have been taken:

CoinZest, BitSonic, and BaiBit will conduct real-time monitoring upon our request and will conduct a thorough verification before crediting any new deposit checks.

BitForex, NexyBit, and CoinBene have agreed to suspend all ISR deposits until our further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and will request to resume deposits once we are in full control of the situation.

Our management is considering all measures that can be taken at the company level and moving quickly to expedite the process. In order to minimize the damage, we are exploring a variety of possibilities such as temporary smart contract update and hard forks. In case the Insureum foundation is compensated for the loss, we will clearly share the benefits and return it to the market.

While we fully understand your concern and confusion, we ask you to wait for our following steps, as we are preparing to implement the most effective solution to remedy the issue.

3월 27일 새벽에 코인베네 거래소 측에서 보였던 이상 transaction에 대해 업데이트 드립니다. 인슈어리움 팀은 27일 오전에 코인베네 측에 공문을 보내고, 계속해서 다양한 방법으로 연락을 취하였으나 아직 공식적인 답변을 받지 못한 상황입니다. 조금 더 확실한 답변을 드리기 위해 즉각적인 답변드리지 못하였습니다.

해킹여부와 상관없이 예정에 없던 거래소 잔고의 transaction은 비정상적으로 사료 되고 있고, 여러 정황상 의심되는 부분이 많은 것이 사실입니다.

현재 인슈어리움이 상장 되어 있는 거래소는 코인베네를 포함하여 총 6곳이며 아래와 같이 조치를 취한 상태입니다.

코인제스트, 비트소닉, 바이빗 측에서는 실시간 모니터링을 진행하고 입금을 받더라도 철저한 검증 후 입금 confirm을 할 것입니다. 비트포렉스, 넥시빗, 코인베네 측은 입금이 정지된 상태이며, 진행되는 상황에 따라 최대한 빨리 입금 정지를 해지할 수 있도록 할 예정입니다.

저희 경영진은 회사 차원에서 취할 수 있는 조치들을 여러 측면에서 진지하게 고민하고 있으며, 가격적인 측면에서 투자자들을 보호할 수 있는 방안을 곧 공식화할 수 있도록 발 빠르게 움직이고 있습니다.

인슈어리움이 컨트랙트의 임시 업그레이드, 하드포크 등 다양한 가능성을 모색하여 해킹에 대한 임팩트를 최소화할 예정이며, 또한 피해보상을 재단 차원으로 받을 경우는 그 이익이 시장으로 돌아가도록 명확하게 공유드리겠습니다.
