Some parents are overwhelmed with daily responsibilities and they forget that their kids are also human, so they are too severe when they punish them, while the kids are emotionally vulnerable and can’t step up for themselves.

Although it rarely happens, a clear sign of integrity from adults is when they manage to apologize to children and to admit that they’ve gone too far.

We often hear about emotional and physical abuse in relationships, about frustrations that are brutally expressed, infidelity and many other unhealthy habits. However, there are some couples that fight with honesty and stick to their principles, when they have a conflict.

This is how we learn that we need to look at our life partners with kindness, even if we don’t agree with their opinions. We need to be honest and fair no matter what problems we might have, even if it’s not easy. We need to respect their feelings, too.

At the workplace, where there can be a lot of tensed and stressful situations, we often encounter hysterical bosses that love to feel superior. But that’s not a rule, because we can also meet true leaders that give clear signs of integrity.

They’re strong, they’re fair and they know how to manage problems no matter how complicated they are, with an ability to maintain order without taking advantage of their position. That’s the difference between a boss and a true leader, one is using you in their own advantage, while the other is an inspiration for you.
