Curiousity: Is a person's intelligence given by birth or developed through time and experience?

People often say that when you come from a family of doctors, lawyers or engineers, you are definitely and SHOULD BE SMART!

You are then stereotyped according to your family background because thanks to them you earned yourself a very good if not excellent first impression. (Cheers to that!) Best foot forward, huh? However, this isn't always the case.

BLACK SHEEP! That's right...

They will tag you as the black sheep of the family if you don't achieve as much as them or when you take a different path to live. How can they be cruel and not support the life you want to live(in this sense, going for a different BUT good choice)? You ain't a robot or a clone of anyone in the family because if they want yo to be like them against your will, they should have just taken away your will to live the day you were born and should have opted for a robot and not a child!

It is frustrating having to live a life that is manipulated by our parents, relatives and the whole family clan!

Sometimes, our elders expect us to be intelligent and achieve a lot of recognition which seems to be meaningless to us because YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE LIKE THEM! We get to be developed through time and the life experiences we encounter. It may be different from our family's established field of excellence BUT WE ARE INTELLIGENT TOO IN OUR OWN WAY!

We are nurtured by our environment that's why we hone ourselves according to the responses we do with all the stimuli around us.

YOU CAN DO IT AND BECOME INTELLIGENT IN YOUR OWN WAY!
