DONT judge a BOOK by the MOVIE (movie vs book)

in interesting •  7 years ago  (edited)

Sometimes you read book and the movie doesn't really portray what the book does... maybe its the cast, the wardrobe or even the set. Sometime you have the sense that..... is it even same movie???? they change it so much that you can barely tell. The thing is when you read a book it always seems to be a let down when it comes to the movie. Although not all movies are all that bad and I guess they don't want to make the movie too long but  adding to our favorite authors work might not be the best idea and cutting out the most Important part of the story. It fells as if the plot had been destroyed but like I said early its not all that bad if they have a time limit and need to cut out some stuff. You know a movie is good, when the movie is more similar to the book rather than being different. In my conclusion the book is always more detailed, more accurate and portrays the story very well..... so in other words books are better.

Since the price of movies went through the roof, I am a fan of books. I have also noticed that movies don't follow the story line in the book. I guess they call it poetic license.
