At the Postural Restoration Institute in Lincoln Nebraska I was exposed to the truth mirror for the first time. The mirror shows what everyone else sees when they look at you. You have only ever seen your image flipped in mirrors or pictures. When looking at the mirror look for facial asymmetries. Most people never see there asymmetries because the brain is always trying to normalize your world. If you ever get the chance to look into a truth mirror, take it. If you don’t have 200 dollars to spend on a mirror you should try the app Truth Mirror! by BrennanMoyMedia.
