Interesting - so just one meal a day in this style of intermittent fasting.

I think it'll take me a while to get to that level - still looks like it's working well for you.

For sure! I eased into by cutting out breakfast then switching lunch for some fresh fruit then cut it out all together! Good luck on your journey! ❤️
