I write to inform all members of Interpol and local administrations about International Arrest Warrants issued on 8.03.2019 and apply for legal assistance in order to arrest and to prosecute lawbreakers named there, who shall be arrested everywhere in the world on the first occasion, and detained in the penitentiary of the place of the arrest until further instructions will be given to direct arrested persons to the court responsible for trial and sentencing.
