Dark Web is a content on the internet that exists on personal encrypted networks which is hidden under a webpage and cannot be visited directly.

The internet is a very big place and google sure does provide to us with a lot of information but actually it does not. It is estimated that we only use about 2% of the internet whereas the remaining 98% are all hidden under the deep web. It does come in search engines and cannot be opened by standard browsers as their address are all encrypted and non traceable.

In order to access the deep web there is a special browser called "Tor Browser" which uses an encryption tool that keep user identities hidden, it works like a VPN which constantly changes the host location (IP addresses) to different countries so it becomes too difficult to identify the user address or location of the website.

Tor Browser provides secrecy to both the website and the user.

Do you think it's possible that the US government STILL controls the dark web? Check out my video about that. https://d.tube/v/frankdamon/95gsqtsr
