At present, the internet is an important part of our daily life. Without the internet, our lives are really stagnant. We have to use internet and computer for life's various needs. But when this usage exceeds the level of addiction, and any kind of addiction is harmful.

It can sometimes get hard to stop using the internet/PC so much, coming from a long time gamer/nerd. But applying a thought of doing something else, then telling/making yourself to go do it now and get up/start it, that can help be more productive.
