The Internet is a newly discovered world of over 3Bn inhabitants without civil order and a vast private sector called websites, without associations and workers without unions, it is a feudal world. When will the Websites Associations and Cyber Workers Unions come to civilize Cyber Space?
Cyber citizens are existing in a world of terms and conditions subject to no civil codes. Cyber enterprises owners need to know that they can't create terms and conditions that violate existing human rights, labour and business codes of the countries of the registrations of their domains. Of course the polititions are working on international agreements on Internet governance, don't know how far they have reached but all online activities are taking place in nations with laws, including those of business and labour.
You can't give work that violate American minimum wage and other labour laws to American citizens or those of other nations but unfortunately that is going on because Internet is relatively new and not scrutinized and users don't know their rights when it comes to cyberspace.
There is a lacking of Cyber Rights Representatives in the online world.
Those who are versed in those kinds of organizations should start setting them up they are urgently needed.
