A couple days ago, Andrew let me know that we had a few visitors coming into New York and wanted to get everyone together for an authentic bite of NYC pizza. Of course I couldn't say no.... to the pizza that is.

It's a shame that we couldn't hang out more and the schedules were tight but it was great to toss around our Steemit energy in real life. This is the 2nd time meeting Steemians in person and I have to say, the quality of conversations and level of creative optimism is unlike anything I've felt in the last decade as an artist/architect. Personally, these kinds of moments and relationship-building meetups is far more rewarding than a few payouts ;)
More Steemit Gatherings??
@voronoi and I have been tossing around the idea of having a much more regular meetup session for NYC-based Steemians. I think I'll finally put in the steps to get this going, maybe once a month or every 2 months? It would be great to host workshops, roundtables, and just plain beer drinking. Not "plain beer" drinking, plain "beer drinking."

Yes absolutely, Im right near the city and was going to ask if there were future plans to doing another before I clicked to read the whole post. I think this was a great idea cause with all the further moves online and toward automation I find it extremely important to keep these face to face interactions.
