Leo is the Chief Technical Officer of the InterValue project who has a wealth of experience in the management of big data, the two layer structure of p2p topology and many more. Having published more than thirty top tier research papers, ten high level scientific projects, and four monographs; we can say he is very professional and has a technical knowledge of the project.

• Eileen Xie - Operations manager

Eileen is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the InterValue project, having a decade wealth of experience in market management.
