I'm really curious about distributed community organizations and how they can help us redefine life and work in the coming years. I do my best work out of my home office which is not often what clients and companies embrace.
I gained 18 years experience as an algorithm/c++ dev in my first career. Then discovered startups, their inception and large scale backend engineering as a CEO/founder where I learned a little Rails (@Victus Media), a Video rendering expert leveraging nodejs/gpu + swift/gpu (@Cameo/Vimeo), and most recently a Tech Co-founder and general backend lead (nodejs) for a popular public safety app (@Citizen)
My next journey will explore more freelancing opportunities, and helping small businesses execute on a variety of engineering challenges.
