HELP! To introduce myself in writing is so much tougher than I stand up in front of a group of audience and describe myself freely.

How do I start to write and introduce about myself...oh gosh! Let's go straight to the chase. As my ID say alvinng77 this will hint you much about my name and age LOL. This is me....Hi

I am an average Joe by name of Alvin from Singapore and currently working as a recruiter during the day in the manufacturing industry. Looking back from start during my first job of civil servant life for 7 years from 1997-2003 after my studies, I sold my youth naively to army life and thought I could have a lifetime stable career and do not need to worry about my financial needs anymore. I was wrong in my first judgement after my first army contract knowing this regimental job is too mundane and routine for a fun loving guy like me. It bored me down and I don feel sense of motivation/satisfaction at all.  

There is always gain and loss in whatever we do in life. I lost my first girlfriend who was with me for 5 years. My first love gone and glad I realized she was not for me due to my career insecurity given to her back then. Where was my true love back then in times of hardship? 

I was jobless for couple of months before I decided to try out sales since I was real hungry and desperate. I was selling mineral water dispensers and systems to corporate and household customers. It was a hell ride and life changing journey for me!

From a quiet shy boy till a eloquent outspoken guy, I become more confident and expressive in my daily communication with people. I love talking to people but don like doing sales! I decided recruitment is my next lifelong trade i want to be in! Times files and it has been 9 years being a recruiter..

Recently i just proposed to my girlfriend and is a successful proposal haha!

At times we love going to fun runs together...

I love running and i personally challenged myself in my first ever Standard Chartered half marathon a gruelling 21 km!

Life is full of unexpected ups and downs though 2 years ago my beloved mother contracted a rare dementia condition -  Frontotemporal dementia but we are still a happy and strong family :)

In the coming years i am going to be an outstanding recruiter and going to earn more money to provide to my wife and family needs!
