Hi all of you wonderful steemians!

My name is Christoph Huwiler and come from the beautiful but chemtraily Switzerland…
I have joined steemit not just to earn some steem dollars and be happy about it but with the sincere wish to contribute a holistic knowledge that I was able to treasure up for many years, so that each and every one of you can contribute from it for his or her lifetime!
For I have come to know and that when I am not in school I am more happy and successful in life, not just in my professional career but in wholeness of sense in every aspect life has to offer us.
Being no slave of an institution that threatens to kill my talents and creativity I was drawn to the very life creating powers that all of us can feel when we spend time in nature, embracing the vastness of beauty and vividness in character of such creation around us.

BALCANE YOUR LIFE'S

Speaking of life, I want to give you a simple advice for a happier and fulfilled life.
Remember that the major work in life is not done by geniuses, it is done by ordinary people with balance in their lives who have learned to work in an extraordinary way.

We need balance in our life’s, therefore my advice for you today is to get a balanced life

Let me spell out LIFE for you:

L, be loyalty
I, be inspired and inspiring
F, be family focused
E, be eternally minded

L, Loyalty :
I am convinced that at the root of a successful individual is a high degree of loyalty. Loyalty is multidimensional and must be applied in every aspect of your life. Be loyal to yourself and to those around you. Have questions and concerns, but do not let those make you deviate from the values you hold up in life toward you and you next.
In a professional context loyalty means that you choose wisely and then you stick to that choice, you keep with it and then you will reap great rewards.
You will surely face challenges and hardship but such obstacles construct character and will mold your professional career.
Remaining loyal won’t lead most of times to instant success, but if you stay with your choice and you stay stubborn you will often win the price.

I, be inspired as well as inspiring:

To be successful you must not only be inspired but also be inspiring.
Steve Jobs said:
« The only way to do great work is to love what you do »
Most of your waking hours will be spent at work… so find something that will require peace of your heart, persevere and press forward. Make sure that you are being edified and uplifted by what you do!
Surround yourself with inspirational colleagues and inspire others on a daily basis.
It’s not hard and it may start with simple things, it might be as simple to greet somebody with an extra smile, an unexpected complement or a motivational pat on the shoulder.
But ensure that you are uplifting to those around you on a daily basis. Avoid the complainers, don’t participate in politics, don’t compete with your colleagues but embrace an abundance mentality, think contribution not career.

F, be family focused:
Our world is fast paste with instant gratification.
We live in a culture where not only people think they can do anything but they must do anything and everything at any time.
This phenomenon takes its toll on families. It requires to have a family to have a successful development of a human being.
If you live your life only focused on what a professional career could bring and profit you. There will come a time you will feel as a human being that is nothing and has nothing.
Take time and embrace your family wholly and you will find yourself being filled with something that will last and carry you beyond a professional career.

E, be eternaly minded.
Live deliberately, keep the end in mind. Maintain an eternal perspective and all your life’s decisions come more easily.

CONCLUDING THOUGHTS

You have spent your time in your life learning about yourself, and crating the person you want to be you are diligent and intelligent beings, but remember to find balance, remember to get a life. Be loyal be inspired and inspiring be family focused and be eternally minded.
Continue to create yourself, continue to learn.
Now walk out in the world, realizing you have control over yourself. As you become the person you desire and other people needs you to be, your life will be a blessing and you will truly leave your indelible mark on the world.

And finally the question we all need to ask ourselfes is not, "to be or not to be", but what do we become?!
