Hello I am "IIB", underground surrealist documentary filmmaker, social theorist, political writer, dark humorist, and so on.
For over a decade I've been studying the human condition, the way the world really works, and why it always seems to only get worse. Our history is a tale of our human nature being used to manipulate us on a grand scale by psychopaths, worldwide. As a technologist my motives were amplified long ago in realizing the profound impacts that the accelerating change of technology poses on all human societies. To answer these questions I noted the futurists that typical tend to promote the trends wholeheartedly, arent asking nor answering the most important questions of all. How can we be evolved enough to enhance ourselves if we're still at perpetual war as a nation and a species? Why are we still like this? Well it isn't entirely our fault, we're just humans and we've been being preyed upon. Always.
I believe there is some chance we could turn this around before accelerating change itself runs us over like a derailing train smashing into a crate of over-ripe tomatoes, but time is running out at an constantly accelerating pace. The solutions to this problem lie in we as a species coming to terms with our own nature (particularly that of tribalist nature; group think), and in fully comprehending the types of social darwinist power mongers in the upper echelons who view the masses as cattle.
So to understand these things in order to tell this tale, for over a decade I've been studying the depths across many realms such as the brain / mind sciences (from as philosophy to neuroscience to developmental & social psychology), history (such as empires, robberbarrons and cinema), technology (such as mass communications & computers), economics, and all of these impacts on cultures across the world.
We're in uncharted territory as a species. Just this idea alone, that entire generations coming up in the era of the TV, this stuff isn't even a hundred years old. Now we have social media for hardly over a decade and we're already seeing the darkest patterns from the 20th Century re-appear like a juggernaut. I argue this has all to do with people not being wise to the divisive tactics our masters use to control us, while ignoring the tribalist amongst other urges we all have playing tug of war in our subconscious.
So I argue that with the juggernaut of technological change on our doorstep alone, unless we get right with ourselves and enact a total renaissance in ourselves and break the old patterns, we face quite potentially within our lifetimes the extinction of the species. The plan of the technocrats alone is the transformation of our species into a "Post-Human" super species, that much the open goal of the Technocrat's. So they could destroy all life on earth unless we have some say in things, perhaps, but even on the lighter side the way we are now look at all of the problems in the world to enhance those problems with advents such as job place automation and computerized human augmentation alongside increasingly divided societies every society on earth is being promised internal and external conflicts the likes of which history will less and less even be there as a guide for what we might expect.
But for the time being, the patterns of history as still a guide with breathtaking accuracy if you know where to look, and the darkest patterns are not to be ignored. We must know where we're going if we're to survive it or at least be worth surviving, but we cant have a clue if we're deluded about who we are right now and what this world really is. To understand that its not enough to just underscore how screwed up the world is, my approach is all about how it evolved into becoming this way. The further you go back nothing much as really changed in terms of power over the people, or in empires attempting to dominate the world. This systems analysis of history, from the Industrial Revolution to today, the pattern is set. The one big change however is this time the elites that rule the world believe that with technology they'll soon be capable of living indefinite lifespans (i.e. Immortality), and as such, across many metrics we're now the old patterns are going into overdrive. The writing is on the way, the floor, the ceilings and all the way down the hallway. To ignore it, as I say, turn your cheek to the truth and brace for the sucker punch....
