I'm 51 yo, married with 2 beloved children, and a physician for almost 20 years, CEO of a medical Residency Program here in São Paulo, Brazil. Also, I've worked with handicaped people, promoting their abilities and insertion into society and working market. I have done some seminars about Neurology and Education, especially to teachers and fathers facing the important problem of Learning Disabilities.
Nowadays I am trying to learn about Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies, and how can it be used in medicine and health.

TL;DR: You should have ALREADY saved your PASSWORD that was used to generate your keys
Next go to Profile >Wallet > Permissions and copy paste all FIVE keys to a safe place. (eg a text file on a memory stick)
The “OWNER” key is the ‘master key’, keep it VERY safe
Daily logins for posting should use your Private POSTING key.
Once you have copies saved, log out and log back in with USERNAME & your POSTING key

I concur. People have fallen for a lot of scams lately too. If you ever get promoted to login with your master key, double and triple check to make sure you are in the right place and still actually on steemit.com. One scam was steemlt.com as an example. People were falling for it too easily.
