Hi I’m Jack Hammers I Have a Mission On Steemit and I Want You To See

in introducemyself •  8 years ago

I want help encourage all Steemit authors to vote and do their part in building up other authors for the greater good of the community.

I have wondered for some time now what I should do with Steemit and how can I make a difference for other users. I want to see Steem’s value climb and have all our investments of time and money benefit as many as possible and not just some.

I have been observing and enjoying many the posts I’ve read and voted. I love the potential to make some crypto cash by sharing thoughts and ideas.

Many people including myself are still searching for the answers as to how some people make lots of steem and others make nothing with comparable quality content. I know we all have theories and facts to back up our opinion to this answer. I hammer into the issues of fair voting and show you how some authors make more than others and how you can too.

I have noticed Steemit isn’t all about quality content but without a doubt if you are knocking out quality content you will get noticed and receive votes. Even if someone posts complete rubbish or just lazy writing can make lots of Steem. How is that possible? I have some ideas but things get complicated.

Of course I don’t have all the answers nor will I pretend. I do however have a light and can shine it on issues then hammer into them for all to consider. I would love good arguments in my section. I am reasonable and can be spoken to like person.

There are many factors and each user has a unique set which decides how and when or if they vote at all. And we all should. Thank god for that right? Individuality is a huge part of what makes Steemit so cool right.

We need order and as a new platform we are still experiencing a changing status quo. People struggle for months to make enough steem power to get noticed and then suddenly someone buys in with cash and you’re no closer to the top now than you were before.

It’s complicated because not all users voting habits can be grouped in to one category or even a dozen. Each author needs to be analyzed individually to get a clear picture of why a post, good or bad gets more votes.

I will delve into the serious benefits authors have when they vote and when they don’t vote. I am going to call out authors by name with an analysis of their voting habits and Authors rewards.

We will learn who is giving back to the community with their votes after taking so much.

The Break Down to Call ‘Em Out

The nature of calling out these authors is not to incite anger or negative feelings or actions towards them. I love these authors and truly appreciate many of their posts. I feel they are huge positive contributors to the Steemit platform. I often vote for all the people I list I just want them to vote more and give back to the community because the community has given so much to them.

Please continue to vote and support your favorite authors but ask them in their comments why they don’t vote as much as they should and easily could.

➀ I will only call out authors with 60+ Rep as by this time they should be well aware of how Steemit works and what is going on in the community. They should know that their vote will help build the Steemit community and increase user retention because their votes often hold more weight.

➁ Authors who continuously make rewards in double digits or more for the majority of their most recent posts. I will not go back in history to a time we cannot change in the past and it will make no difference into the future.

➂ Especially authors who cash out their rewards and add to financial strain of the internal steem economy by having less to go around for authors and rarely if ever vote. If you vote and cash out all your money I don’t care, you voted, you contributed. I’m only shining light on those who don’t vote!

#➃ I will explain from my point of view why I have pointed them as someone who should vote more often. My intentions are friendly encouragement and not malicious trolling. I really hope I can express myself in a way that comes across as nothing but that.

My point is too many new users quit once they realize how things work here. Steemit will retain more users if the people who have no problem taking in big rewards and vote more often for anyone and anything. The ripple effect of a single drop in a our little lake will be felt by all in some small way or another.

Please continue to vote for your favorite authors even if they don’t vote because they are good authors and they deserve rewards like anyone else. What we need you to do is ask them to vote more. Vote for anyone or anything I don’t care. Karma needs to be balanced in Steemit and unless the people who are taking without giving change their patterns Steemit will continue as things are.

There are no excuses to not vote when you’re able to get great rewards consistently. Even randomly voting the first 10 post on your feed a day once a day is easy and would make Steemit stronger and more popular as more people can go on Facebook and brag about making a few pennies or a few buck.

Call em Out and ask them to vote.

Hello and welcome to Steemit!

thank you . i do appreciate your posts.

I agree with your post. The people who are sucessfull and have Steemit power need to start upvoting new authors with quality content. Almost like trickle down economics.

yea, that's the idea.
thanks for the support.
sometime people don't realize they could vote more.

I do my best to get out there to vote and comment. I also spend a lot of time working on my projects while trying to balance life responsibilities as well. It's very difficult at times to find the right balance and make everyone happy.

I'll follow you and watch closely, when I have time. Thanks for this post, much of it does make sense.

i know. ^^
