sure, you have to upload a picture online(if you search on ggogle upload a picture online you will get a lot) then copy that url link of your picture and add it at settings :D

Most of the time you can just go to a photo on the internet, for example if you'd like to make one of your Facebook photos your profile pic on steemit you can just open the photo on Facebook, right click and select "copy image address" and paste that into your profile picture field on steemit

I was having the same problem only with my profile photo
What I found when you go to one of the photo apps to load your image you have 4 addresses you can copy
Copy the one that is the direct link not just the URL link
That was only for my profile pic this worked
