最近、腹が出てきた。

(この画像の写りがたまたまそうだと信じたいw)
一年前は60kgだったのに、
今は70kg😂
この一年で…一体！？

自分でもわかってる事としては、単純にいくつかやってる武道の修行をサボりがちなんだよね。

金に目がくらみ、女性に目がくらみ、楽に目がくらむ…。

ま〜ほんなもんだろう人生なんて😂😂
