One More Story to Introduce

It looks like it's a good tradition to start with Steemit by introduce-yourself-post. So here I am. And I've got a funny story how I've discovered Steemit itself...

It was about a month ago that I was doing some low paid work at one of the most popular Russian buxes. You know, when you don't want to waste your time in vain and still haven't got a proper full-time job, you go on net in search of hope and some "easy" money. Embarrassing, but true.

Now there was a guy who offered a high price for the task. And the task was to sign up to Steemit and when the final link hits my email, it's not to be followed, but to be sent to that guy's email. Untouched. :)

Well, yeah, that's a fraud, I know. And tasks like that are habitual at that bux. I used to see lots of them, but since I'm usually too lazy to complete multi-click tasks, I simply ignore them. Until this one.

The guy made it clear that the approval might take some time, up to a couple of weeks and when eventually the link comes, the payment will be pending. So I've completed the first step, verified my email and started waiting. Yeah, I know what you are thinking about...

But then curiosity overwhelmed me. I mean, what's the catch and why was it so important for that guy? So I've decided to google what's Steemit...

And only then, thanks to that guy without a name, I've discovered Steemit for myself. You see, when it comes to me, I don't have any other passion, but blogging and writing. I couldn't even imagine that such an opportunity to find a place where my passion meets possibility will occur in such a funny way. And I'm thrilled right now. :)

So let me finally introduce myself in proper way. My name's Ed, I'm 28, I'm from Tashkent city and I'm pleased to join Steemit community. It may appear that I don't have much experience or ideas to offer, but let's see how far this rabbit's hole leads me. Perhaps I do have something at some fields of expertise that might be interesting and useful for you guys. I don't have any content plan, so I'll just start making posts on various topics.

I hope you and I make a good team. Well, it would be up to you to decide, but I'll do my best!
