Hello Steemit!

Hi All,

My Name is Michael,

that should be me over there -->

Just wanted to introduce myself, and thank the people who introduced Steemit.com to me (@dollarvigilante and @jerrybanfield) . Both greatly unique characters!

Looking forward to see where this community can take Steemit!

In my opinion this platform is very unique, it is so much more personal than Reddit and rewards the users versus facebook or youtube. I feel this site will really bring out original content in it's best form by removing the value of anonymity. I've seen you guys change people's lives already, and that is amazing!

I'm going to see how far I can push the formatting of posts to try to add some more esthetic appeal from a UX/UR perspective.  I think most posts look pretty bad right now, And hopefully we can change that.

Probably going to publish content mostly about web design, development  and maybe some cryptocurrencies.

Follow me, and I follow you!

Happy Steeming! (that's stupid)

-Michael

Hi Michael,

It's great to have you on Steemit!

Nice to meet you!

Thanks, nice to meet you phrase!

Hey Michael, welcome to the Steemit community. I think Jerry Banfield has brought in a lot of people he is very influential in the space and has a lot of followers etc. I tossed you a follow if you want to follow back it would be appreciated! look forward to hearing more. I'm a Network Engineer myself so don't do a lot of devops like you sound like you do but mess with scripting a lot to make my life easier. Interested to hear about the web design and dev stuff.

Thanks! Yea, Jerry is funny in his delivery, really like it and glad I came across his material. That's awesome, networks is over my head. I'm going to see how much I can get out of the editor they have just with inline css. I think we can push it pretty far compared to what I'm seeing.

Let me know what you come across because so far what I've seen the Markdown or html tags they let you use are a little basic like I tried doing a slideshow using the old html method and it wouldn't work (keep in mind this isn't my primary focus lol)

Michael welcome to Steemit thank you very much for joining and mentioning me in your post as one of the two that referred you!

Thanks for the comment! Looking forward to see if you can get anything going for the Florida Steemfest! I'm only 30 mins south in Sarasota, so if you need any help figuring it out, let me know!
