A Little Bit About Myself

I am a college student, studying to become a physical therapist assistant. I am apart of a PTA program, and if you know anything about physical therapy, you know it is very complex. There are many amazing videos and pictures out there that really help me when I am studying for a practical or an exam. I will mainly be posting about physical therapy and many of the helpful tools that have helped me. A little bit about PT, physical therapy helps with injuries and/or pathologies that have to do with limiting your range of motion, your walking pattern, help with controlling your pain as well, and bringing you relief to most of your symptoms, and so much more. There are so many benefits to physical therapy that bring a relief of pain and improvement to your muscle strength, your daily activities and quality of life. If anyone is studying to become a physical therapist or a PTA, or has even had physical therapy in the past and has really good, helpful input, I would love to read about it. Physical therapy is my passion, and if anyone has questions over this topic, I cannot promise that I will know the answer right away, but that will help my studying and I have everything I need to provide you with an answer sooner or later.
