Hi steemit community please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ryan Nell, i am an professional athlete (Rugby player)from South Africa, who has been blessed to find the love of my life, my fiancé Marianka! I also have a little sausage dog who is like my child, called Dinky! Also have an awsome boet ,Brendon ,that is my main man!

I enjoying exploring, making healthy food, although, honestly eating unhealthy is so good, haha- Its all about discipline! -love music and speding quality time with my fiancé! Good evenings with my mates are also good for the health haha!

I live a far possible disciplined to perform physically evryday out on the sports field! Rugby is both physically and mentally demanding- especially for me being competitive and enjoying to push boundries.

I regard myslef as a bit of a perfectionist but i am lucky to have such a wonderful soon to be wife that reminds me about the important things in life!
Recently i have found myself exploring some of the crypto space- thats how i found the wonderful Steemit community!
Its the journey that counts- that makes te destination amazing! I enjoy the simple things even though i push to achieve big things!
