Thank you again, I am reading up with regards the system on this site, and trying to work out the not being able to comment part, I think I now have the answer, it is something to do with rc. I should be able to make that better after a few posts I hope.

Until you get to 50sp you will be restricted in how much you can transact by commenting.
It's this way by design.
It keeps down on the free account abuse and it gives a reason to power up all your rewards.
You can sell sbd on the internal market for no fees.
Just set your price and wait.
I recommend powering up everything until you get to 500sp.
When sbd's trade for less than a dollar you get more steem by using the power up 100% in settings.
If sbd trades at over a dollar 50/50 gives maximum rewards.
