INTRODUCTION: Jeffrey Parrott, founder of Acts In Motion Christian Church

“We are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.” (2 Cor. 5:20)

I, Jeffrey Parrott have been born again and radically serving Yahshua (Jesus) since 1986. I have had formal ministry training but most of my experience has come through discipleship, activation, the school of the Holy Spirit, and suffering. I am an ordained minister and in relationship with several other ministries internationally. My wife, Alina, and I have been married and madly in love for 24 years. She is my best friend, companion, and partner forever, praise God.

EVERYTHING CHANGED: In 2002, I had a life changing encounter with God while reading the Book of Acts. Especially Acts 4:32-35, “the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: . . . and great grace was upon them all.”

In obedience to the vision, God has given my wife and I a pioneering anointing to break through religious barriers hindering the body of Christ. This has fostered in me a bold pursuit to love God and love people wholeheartedly–it is like a contagious fire that has ignited passion and hope in many others over the years.

God has put tenacity for an authentic expression of community in my heart which, in 2012, fueled the pioneering of a different kind of local church in the Carolina’s–Acts In Motion Christian Church. A people GENUINELY pursuing total surrender to Christ. A people living the reality of the kingdom of God. A people devoted to Christ as King–24/7, not just on Sundays.

God has graced me to bring a fresh understanding and demonstration in worship and the arts. My wife and I have been professionally trained artists in the performing art: classic mime, dance, aerial and flag choreography. We have has the great privilege to express the gospel through the arts over 22 years and as a result effectively reached hearts throughout the nations.

Father has also put in our hearts a strong emphasis of “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel.” Many souls have come to a saving trust in Christ. I have a call to the nations and a passion to mobilize other believers to take the gospel to a hurting generation. My wife and I have preached, ministered and done missions throughout America and internationally to Israel, Guatemala, India, Pakistan, Brazil, Belize, Philippines, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
