Introduce Myself

The Steemians are everywhere you are, after so long filled with various themes, finally only now I can introduce myself. It is arguably very late for this introduction considering that I have written several articles without my first introduction. Indeed the introduction is always the first compared to the others.

However, I do not think there is a problem and I also believe that the Steemians are not at issue. But there is one old saying that of course we have memorized since childhood first, 'do not know then no love.' That's why on this occasion I want to introduce myself so that when all the Steemians have recognized me, the sense of brotherhood and silaturrahmi that has been established between us is getting closer, hopefully.

And it's me.

Iswadi, that's the name that both parents gave me. Began to open the eyes to the world on November 22, 1989 ago. About my name Iswadi, in fact it was the advice of the neighbors to both my parents when they asked me what name was appropriate for me. It has always been the old man when he wanted to give a name for his baby always ask first to the expert about naming a child with the hope that the name fits and brings good to him. Incidentally my neighbor was also an expert in giving a name to someone. The name is a prayer. A good name will certainly be good for the baby as well.

Back again about my name, Iswadi. Derived from Arabic. It consists of the letters Alif, Sin, Waw, and Dal. If translated in Indonesian means 'black.' Why am I so colored? Yes because it matches my skin color when born is black. Really a very logical name, is not it? Hehe ...
And for me skin color is not important. Although black but his heart is clean white certainly can not be said bad too right?

Educational Background

Education in elementary, middle and high school for 12 years. after my general education, I continued my education at a Dayah (Islamic Education Institute) in the city of Banda Aceh for approximately 7 years.

Daily Activities

My current activity is tending to social and educational society.

In the evening I teach the children about the basics of reading the Qur'an. I taught them the first time about recognizing Arabic letters and how to pronounce them. The goal is that they will be able to read Al Quran correctly in accordance with Arabic order. Surely we know that the Quran is read in Arabic. In addition to teaching them the basics of reading the Qur'an, I also teach them daily prayers, worshiping procedures such as prayer, performing ablution, aqidah (basic belief), akhlaq (ethics), as well as stories of the Prophets with the intention to add spirit they are in learning.

In addition to teaching children about religion in the evening, I myself also learn religion when there is spare time. Usually I study on Friday night only because that night I do not teach.

My activities for the day are to help my parents work, read, and write articles for the blogs I manage with my colleagues.

Why am I in Steemit?

It can not be denied that the fever of Steemit has become an epidemic in my neighborhood. I live in Lhokseumawe, one of the cities in Aceh Province, Indonesia.

Initially I found out about this Steemit from my friend's information. He told me that there is one social media today that rewards every article that is uploaded. I was interested to hear it and try to register until I finally managed to become one of the members.

Besides interested in the award, I joined because I wanted to add friends even though we are different nation, language, country and different religions.

But behind all the differences, we have one thing in common so we can meet here though never face to face. The equation I mean is that we are all in Steemit in fact to share useful information and can add insight to our scholarship.

I am very grateful to this media developer, @good-karma who has succeeded in creating an information sharing app that I find very magical. I would also like to express my gratitude to the Indonesian curator, @levycore, @aiqabrago, and teachers who are members of the Nanggroe Steemit Community #nsc like @abunagaya, @steem77 and others for their hard work in building steem-id.com which I think is oasis in the middle desert when we are thirsty and confused how to contribute in Steemit.

Once again I say that we are all here for one purpose, that is to share even though the difference is very striking. Let's make this difference to respect and appreciate.
