"Hello" from Cebu

Hey everyone, I'm a newbie here trying to get started and I've been thinking on how to get this introduction done, but I guess Like everyone else, I think we share the same sentiments on having struggles how to start our intro. So, I’ll keep mine short without further ado.

It's been weeks since I got acquainted with this community but couldn't get myself started. I started feeling pressured that this will take me months to even start, LOL days are passing and 2018 is fast approaching. So here's mine before the year ends.

I am from Cebu City, Philippines, a mother of two and happily married I must say. Life has never been easy but I enjoyed every second of it especially that I am sharing it with the coolest man to walk on earth. I have two kids, all boys, which means my house couldn’t stay neat for at least an hour except when they’re all sleeping. LOL.

I couldn’t be more excited to be here, be part of this community to see and get to meet everyone all over the globe, be able to read and know your stories. Its an inspiration!  This is my first post and while browsing, I’m just in awe with all of your stories and experiences. The travel experiences, food, hobbies and stories are just incredible.

I used to be a working mom, who joggles work and home and sleep at a max of 3 straight hours a day. I work at night and a mom by day. I used to work in the BPO industry for 7 straight years. Which means for 7 straight years I have been working on a graveyard shift, having to deal with difficulties in maintaining my social life, conflicts on my work schedules and the chances of going out with family and friends are compromised. Being on a job which has been ridiculed by other professions, and most often easily stereotyped as a menial job.
But I will be forever grateful to be part of such industry. And i guess those who have been there would definitely say the same.

With the craziest yet the most wonderful bunch of people I met in my BPO days.. who know nothing but to pig out! :)

From being a Call Center employee to now a Free Lance/full time mom.

From working-mom to full-time-mom of 2 boys. Transition has been seriously, really, life-changing. Doing my free lance job at the same time managing the house chores. Running some errands and driving the kids to school all at once. It couldn't be more tiring/exhausting but the most fulfilling experience. My utmost respect to all full time moms out there! You all rock!

Working from home is a total blessing to me and my family! Whenever time permits, our family loves to travel local too. And now we can do it more often 🙂

I guess its quite a long introduction already. But I think this will be enough to give you an idea as to what to expect from us in our next posts. You will be seeing more of our family’s stories, family pictures and adventures. More about how we spend our time together, where we go and what we do during weekends and so much more.
