A brief description of my life and my goals.

Hello steemians! This is A. Kumar.

It is my pleasure to be a part of this amazing platform on which I may interact with lots of people all around the world, see their photos, read their blogs, get familiar with them and be aware of everything happening all around the globe with also having a chance to express my views and ideas with fellow steemians along with chances of earning some money for everyone.
I am here since march 2018 and still confused to tell people about myself because I think it is very easy to tell everything positive about oneself but it is very difficult to tell people about one’s own shortcomings and failures. However, I am trying to do so as it has been a tradition at Steemit to introduce oneself. Kindly, let me know if you have any suggestion for me.

The place where I live.

I live in a beautiful city, which is located in the Himalayan foothills of India. This place (Uttarakhand) has abundance of dense forests, lovely surroundings, high hills, beautiful scenery and plenty of wild animals.

Mistakes and failures of my life.

The journey of my life had not been a smooth one at all. It was full of bumpy rides, continuous failures and dejection. I was a good student who had big dreams but lack of proper guidance and career plan; I almost had ruined my entire career. On those days, when I was a teenager, I became very confused, perplexed and full of depression. I remained jobless for many times and whenever I found any job I, could not continue it for a longer period due to my shortcomings. I took various vocations including a job of store keeper, salesman, typists, call center executive etc. In fact, many times the employers rejected my job application because I had lost my confidence. Many times, I became so dejected that I even thought about committing suicide but somehow I restrained myself from committing this horrific mistake. The years I wasted, would have been golden period of my life but they proved to be fatal for me.

Beginning of new life.

It wasn’t that I had fully surrendered myself to the mercy of my circumstances. In fact, I always tried to overcome the situation again and again and eventually with my continuous efforts, I was able to secure good jobs including a job in Dianetics & Scientology where they selected me after taking my IQ and aptitude test. Slowly & slowly I regained my confidence and later I had many job opportunities. Now, I have a very decent job in which I work hard and in return it pays me enough to lead a good life. Now I have a motorbike, a car, a flat and a beautiful wife.

My bad habits.

I am a very lazy person. Occasionally, I smoke and drink. Sometimes I began a task without proper planning which costs me a lot.

My hobbies and liking.

Right from the beginning of my life, I had been a curious child. I was thoughtful and rational, except in sporadic periods of my life, some of which I already have mentioned. I love playing cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, carom, cards and chess. Although, now a days, I seldom get time to play these games because of my engagement in other tasks.
I prefer to sit alone in my room, thinking about various matters. Various art forms attract me. I love to listen to the music and photography has become my new passion.
Reading books, magazines, newspapers and gaining knowledge of everything is my obsession. Right from my childhood, I developed a good liking for science. However, I was weak in mathematics but with trial and error method, I overcome this problem. Though, science, technology and mathematics are my favorite subjects but I can understand other subjects viz. history, politics, philosophy, geography, astronomy, economics etc. as well.

My interaction with social media platforms.

My social media journey started with Orkut. Then I turned my attention towards Facebook and later I joined other social media platforms also. I have a decent following on Facebook. On that platform; I have posted lots of articles on various matters including science, social causes, economic affairs, political issues, philosophy etc.

Joining Steemit

As I have become a member on Steemit, I will surely try to make use of this platform to express my views on various matters. The future of Steemit seems to me very bright. Definitely it will grow with the passing of the time and also the users of it will be benefitted simultaneously.

My goals.

As I have joined Steemit, I will certainly provide sufficient time to this platform. I have other future plans also. Only time will tell about their success.
