Hello friends! This post is dedicated to my presentation in the world of Steemit.

My name is Carlos Alberto López Cótua, I am 24 years old, I am a Public Accountant student at the Universidad de Oriente, Núcleo Anzoátegui.

You will wonder if my name is Carlos López, why is the user albertocotua? It's simple, in social networks there are many Carlos López and therefore I had to add numbers or other letters to get a correct user, so I decided to place albertocotua because there is none using that same username.

As I already told you, I am a university student, I am a baker, a pastry chef and sometimes a cook. My dream is to be able to study bakery professionally in Catalonia Spain, here in Venezuela I have done courses and workshops of pastry training at the hand of my mother who is a professional baker, bakery workshops with an excellent baker and these are some of my creations over these 9 years cooking.

Let's move on to my great passion, the bakery.
I started learning on my own when I was 17, then I was able to take courses and workshops. Today I am about to embark on an On-line bakery project with Venezuelans or people who wish to venture into the wonderful world of the bakery.

This photo is of a Golfeado at first glance looks like a Cinnamon Roll, but this is a sweet bread of anise stuffed with foil and cheese covered with hard cheese or cheese guayanes.

Another thing that I like are the sunsets that nature gives us in this part of the world and the spectacular beaches of the Mochima National Park.
