My name is Aline and I'm from Bern, Switzerland but moved to California USA 6 years ago. Now I'm living in Reno, Nevada and right now I'm lying in my bed still fully covered in Bodypaint from my shoot today. 
So anyways. My business partner kept informing me about crypto currency and the block chain and I just love it. So I thought I'm gonna try this steemit blog out.
I'm totally into fitness. I'm at the gym almost every day, 3x a week at karate and 3x a week at pole fitness.
I'm also a total food nerd and a strong believer in the keto diet. Health wise I have to stay on a very strict diet.
I also love to express myself through creative photo shoots and performances.
I guess that's enough about myself for tonight. I need to get some sleep and tomorrow I'll be spending quite some time in the bathtub scrubbing off that Bodypaint!😅😖
But it was totally worth it. I will post some pics of the shoot here on steemit.

Welcome to Steemit! I recently started on the low carb keto diet as well. How long have you been doing it? Has your body adjusted to it? I'm really just starting and I think my body still craves carbs a lot. Gonna give a you a follow

I basically got forced into that diet cuz I was really really sick. That was a bit more than a year ago. For like a month I was craving carbs so much I was just shouting and throwing stuff around. Really!!! But my health was at stake so I didn't cheat. I just went on with my very restricted diet and suddenly the craving went away. Now my body is so adjusted to it that if I don't stay on my regular diet my brain, body and mood totally act up. Since I switched to that diet I have more energy, I'm happier, I'm healthier and I stay more balanced. Every body is different and you have to figure out what works best for you. But I advice you to try it long enough before you give up and try out something else. The transition was brutal for me. But now I feel better than ever. It was so worth it. And now I throw stuff and shout when I had too much sugar.

Ya I still need to do that.... just woke up. About two years ago I did a shoot where my face and arms were covered in silver paint. I think i had silver in my ears for about a week. 😅 People at karate kept noticing it. Hahaha
