Wow that was quick! Seen loads of videos online saying approval takes ages with some even saying that you have to pay!
Anyways.... Thanks for having me ladies and gentlemen, please excuse the bad formatting until i get my head around things.
I'm so pissed that i have only just found out about this amazing place! I have been involved with the crypto scene a while and missed the ship on so many coins it hurts to think about them!
I have been holding steem for a few months now, i was lucky enough to get in pretty cheap but somehow never even realised that steemit existed! Yes i put money, REAL HARD CASH into something i hadn't even researched. Theres an obvious lesson here folks, NEVER take my advise on ANYTHING to do with money!
Looking forward to diving into the sections here and discovering all about steem power and votes!
Still can't believe you can actually earn steem for posting valuable and engaging content on the platform! Makes me wonder why anyone who writes for a living would ever post there content anywhere else! I can only assume it's because they have not heard of it!

Now on a serious note ANY and i mean ANY advise you might have for a fellow newbie steemer would be greatly appreciated!
I have never blogged or written about my life before so this is all new to me and although i really do want that dolphin, i'm not here to earn money and i'd like to say i was a part of this "thing" before it really took off!
Any tips on building a following and hopefully some new friends! I mean you can read the help section all day long but nothing compares to solid advise from the community itself!

Just write like you talk, but use markdown styling. Especially headers make your text much more readable. BTW I just bumped into a nice article about breaking grammar-rules. Here.
