Getting to Know You (And You Getting to Know Me)

Dear Friends here on Steem and Everywhere,

This blog is going to be a place where I explore the experience of semen retention, sexual sobriety, spiritual health and well-being, in the contexts of the foregoing. I also really love to use fasting to empower myself around this journey.

Also, there may be links to podcasts by me on this same topic posted here in the future.

I welcome connecting with any of you around what is of value and what matters most.
