Hi everyone! It's been over 72 hours since the first time I logged in to my steemit account. This post of introducing myself to the community might be a little late but hey as the saying goes "better late than never". I have been a little busy lately due to some commitments and financial obligations that I need to attend.

Although I just spent few hours a day trying to learn the features of this platform it is just so amazing to imagine and realize the potential of this platform.Mainly in using the blockchain technology. The intention of sharing the earnings of this giant industry to all and to disrupt the social media industry.

My name is Arnel Macariola a husband of one and father of two wonderful children. My interests are about science, business, social networks and cryptocurrency/blockchain technology. My past times include watching movies, favorite sports (UFC and NBA), and listening to different genres of music.

The reason why I am so excited to be connected here in steemit is that for many years I aspire that users of a successful platform should be rewarded instead of just the site owners. That's why I have joined to numerous ad revshare programs. But even with honest admin/owner until now they have yet to perfect the external income source aspect so that a program would become indefinitely sustainable.

It has been tough for the past years especially financially trying to make money online but my dream never waiver that someday I will be financially free using the income I will have from the internet. Right now I am working as an online marketing manager/website builder and consultant of a health supplement company and just about a week ago, my wife and I entered into a Korean Skin Care and Beauty Products business.

My desire to participate in an industry changing technology still persist though. With the advent of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency I sincerely believe that Steem has solved this puzzle. We, users should get a piece of the pie of the social media income. For me, it is not only beneficial to the masses it is also a form of social justice.
