The ultimate guide of becoming yourself

We are what we repeatedly do . If we do good things that becomes our habbit and we start doing it on regular basis and same goes with the wrong things . When i started i used to fight myself to do what i want not to live my life on other people rules . I always wanted to be my own person do what i want not what others wants me to do .
In order to achieve something in life you should have a proper routine of doing things if you don't have a routine of doing things seriously you will never achieve your goals because being disciplined in any thing is the first thing to be successful in that particular field . After working many hours a days i got tired many times but still kept on working but i was not satisfied with my life (like what the hell is this i will only do work nothing else ?) and than i decided to have a proper routine for each and everything, time when i will take break , time when i will play and time when i will have to work and believe me after that it all got changed my productivity was increased i got satisfied with my life .

Why to create a routine ?
Following a certain routine allow you to keep track of things you want to achieve . Once you have a proper plan of doing something you will always have more motivation and passion to achieve your goals at the end of the day . You will have more energy to accomplish even the difficult tasks.The key is to create regular and consistent daily patterns, that will take you where you want to go in life, helping you maximize yourself on every level possible.

Optimize Your Mind
Optimize your mind in a way that it looks for positivity in every situation once you wake just say i it loudly that today is going to be the best day ever .What makes a day good or bad isn’t the events that occur, but rather your response to them. When you wake up just ask your self what good shall i do today ? when you wake up dont check your email or social media or cell phone first just wake up get fresh do some exercise an listen to some recitation of quran (that what i do) specially surah rehman and when you are done with these things tell your self i will do each an everything i have got to do and will finish my tasks on time than get a cup of coffee and start your day and i guarantee our productivity will be 200% .

Visualize your success
Simply close your eyes and imagine yourself excelling and being the best you. Put yourself in situations where you shine, visualizing the best possible outcome. Include as much detail in your visualizations as possible, using all of your senses and making your “training” even more powerful.
For people who have trouble closing their eyes and “seeing anything”, I recommend using a pen and paper and writing out how you want your day to unfold. Be as specific as possible…and be sure to keep it positive.

Make yourself accountable
Find some one you think can keep you motivated can give you a push in achieving your goals someone who believes in you . Find some who can be your accountability partner so once you have some one you are accountable to you will complete your tasks on time . Make a list of three people that you trust and respect. Have a conversation with each of these people and discuss exactly what it is that you want to accomplish. After the conversation, decide which of these individuals will serve best as a accountability partner for the specific milestone you are trying to reach.One quick suggestion, make sure it’s a win-win situation for them as well.

Write
Spending time writing every day helps you become a better communicator, improves your ability to recall important information, and it also enhances your creativity.When i wake up and done with exercise etc i just take a copy and notebook and write a paragraph or two about what i will achieve today and why ? how will it give me benefit all those things that comes in mind so it helps in you keeping track of each an everything and reminds you of what you have to do .

Take regular breaks throughout the day
While all of these tips are meant to help you forage ahead, sometimes you just need to step back and give your mind a break.Taking regular breaks keeps you from getting bored and losing focus, increasing your brain’s function at the same time. It also forces you to reevaluate what you’re working on, ensuring that you’re going in the right direction.
