What I do

in introduceyourself •  7 years ago  (edited)

so what do you do when you have a skill and a shiny new blog? you offer your skill to the community and hope for some good amount of attention right?
well mine is 3D modeling and on the side I do often create assets for daz3d, I know there's not much call for 3D models alone on steemit but I intend to pile up a collection of 3D assets on my steemit blog for steemit community to use.
also I'm planning to accept small 3D requests and do them for free because I'm a nice guy, sometimes... at night... right after the dark...
anyways, I also want to share my renders and new works with you, they can be a bit odd sometimes, a bit naughty... a little extreme... the darkness is coming...
I can't promise but I might find the time to make some short tutorials and share my skill with you if you want to start in 3D field, but let's not get ahead of ourselves, let's see what happens first.

it's a bit late into the night to render a proper image so I'll leave you with a screenshot of a dress I'm working on.

I will follow you when I stumble upon your posts in my daily reading routine because I like artists, but it doesn't seem fair to those whom don't spam under every introduction post if I follow you right now.

If you don't want to - you don't have to. The purpose of comments is to share valuable and informative information. The comment that I shared on your intro post is some great information for newcomers on Steemit.

So, how is that 3D?

is your question about the technical aspect or you're simply dissing my work and don't see it worthy of being called 3D?

If you show more or share more, I would have upvoted this post, that's all.
All the best!

"also I'm planning to accept small 3D requests and do them for free because I'm a nice guy, sometimes... at night... right after the dark..." - any hints here?

it meant to be a humorous take on the little free time I have, I'm sorry if I didn't come across clearly.

I am also a fan of fractals and have asked similarly challenging questions and upvoted a reply which answered the same.
All the best!

@b3d - no disrespected implied or intended by any means - challenging (in a friendly way) you to do more and show more, yes!
I am a big fan of 3d and I even have a couple of websites looking for collaboration in showcasing 3d technologies.

sure, I'll share more over time. I just didn't have many work that I didn't do for a customer and as you might know, many customers don't want their orders shown by the freelancer.
and don't worry, I didn't feel disrespected, just wasn't sure about the meaning.
