Greetings Steemit community, I have finally found the time to do a proper introduction. It will be brief and without revealing too much about me, as I am not a big fan of revealing myself on internet, or social media in general. This is from a person that has been active online since around 1998 but has never had a Facebook or a Twitter account, so don't feel too bad about it :)
As for why I have joined this community and have decided to be active at all, well... As someone who has just gotten into the world of cryptocurrencies, advice and friendly posts from this community have really helped me go in the right direction, not just business wise, but also through the aspect of integrating this THING into my life. It can be really overwhelming at first and it will destroy all your free time, as well as distract you at your workplace, and it is nice to see how other people cope with it. As you get settled into it, it gets better and you can adjust to the pace of the market, or do it at your own pace, because, as we know, holding is always a viable strategy. All of this has moved me to write a bit about my experience, mostly to give back to the community that has helped me, and in some part to help others, and in helping them, make our community, and the world, a better place.
By now you might have noticed that English is not my native language, or at least thought that I am not that literate:) Well, while the later part may be, in small part, true, mostly because finding time to read in today's world can be hard, I will blame it on not being a native English speaker. I am from a small country in Southeast Europe, called Bosnia and Herzegovina. I work as a tower air traffic controller for 12 years, am married for 11, and am a dad for last 4 years. Oh yeah, and I have been inhabiting this planet for more then 32, not including the time spent in my mothers belly. My interests are mostly travel, science, video games and basketball.
In my further posts I will mostly try to talk about the aspect of being a cryptoenthusiast in a 2.5 world country, or whatever you would consider my home. If you find my posts boring or not needed please tell me how you feel. Also feel free to correct me on any errors I make. I am also always open to discussion and exchanging different points of view, to a point where my wife tells me to zip it and stop discussing every talking subject to death.
I wish you all luck and success,
