Congratulations on the 300 followers, just keep working at it and they will grow. The interaction side is difficult for many of us, personally I am just so busy working, handling my home life and trying to make my own content on steemit - getting around to everyone else on here just has no time left - unless I don't sleep at all -_- I'm a bit old for that lark. The best thing to do is to keep doing what you do, go around peoples blogs and comment on the work you like and enjoy - people always tend to view comments (bit behind on that myself at the moment) and will always make more of an effort to look at your work if you have checked out theirs.
